Fully featured Hosted Exchange as standard
Our Hosted Exchange service fully featured; we aim to deliver the benefits and flexibility of an in house solution combined with the enhanced reliability and the expertise of a fully managed and supported service.
Up to 2 Gb storage space per user: Aggregated across a company’s account. Additional disk space is granted automatically as use dictates.
Personal and Public folders: Personal folders are an individual's private folders, whereas public folders can be shared across all users within an organisation. You can share files/documents, customer contact information, correspondence, email, meeting notes. Additionally create teams for collaboration on projects and set rules so that only team members can gain access to the folder.
Outlook Client Access: Seamless integration with Outlook including configuration and usage support. Collaborative features imbedded in Outlook include multiple user interactivity, file sharing, calendar sharing and scheduling.
Outlook Web Access (OWA): Access your Mailbox, Personal and Public folders, address book, contact information and calendars using any Web Browser (instead of Outlook or Entourage).
Direct Push Technology: Emails are pushed directly to supported devices. Send and receive emails on your mobile device as they arrive.
Entourage for MAC: Microsoft Entourage for Mac seamlessly combines easy-to-use tools for efficiently managing your e-mail, calendar, address book, and tasks, all in one simple program.
Secure Connection: Provides an enhanced secure messaging solution that embodies Microsoft Windows VPN RAS architecture. It provides a high level of authentication and encryption for Exchange users. Encrypted RPC access, POP3, and IMAP are also available to all users.
Corporate Email Address: Use your existing company domain name, seamlessly integrate our Hosted Exchange service into your existing infrastructure. Three separate domain names can be associated with a single mailbox.
Anti Virus and Anti Spam: Automatic and continuous real time virus and spam checking for all incoming emails so your mailbox is protected all the time.
